Legal Experience

Mr. Harris' experience includes counseling and representation of clients in all land development permitting and entitlement matters, real estate transactional matters, condominium and condominium unit owner matters and covenants, conditions, restrictions and homeowner association matters. He represents clients before the City Councils, City staff, City Boards and Commissions, County Commissioners Courts (County Councils), and County staff. His practice also includes counseling and representation of clients in eminent domain matters.
