Legal Experience
Mr. Geraci's clients include hospitals, physicians, physician groups, and other health care providers. Mr. Geraci began his practice in 1998 as an in-house counsel for a psychiatric hospital system where he focused on compliance, managed care contracting and disputes, and transactional issues. In 2000, Mr. Geraci entered private practice. He currently assists providers in a wide variety of areas including licensing, regulatory compliance, transactions and governmental and private reimbursement issues, including Medicaid Waiver Program funding.
