Legal Experience

Mr. Rivera’s practice involves the representation of health care providers in business matters and before government agencies.  He represents physicians, dentists, pharmacists, physician groups, ambulatory surgical centers, hospitals, pharmacies and other health care providers.  His experience includes representation of clients in a wide variety of licensing and regulatory matters before state and federal agencies.  Julian also has extensive experience representing clients in medical staff and credentialing issues, including adversarial peer review proceedings.
