Legal Experience
Kevin Koronka concentrates his practice on all aspects of civil litigation, both state and federal, with extensive representation of clients in the human resources, financial services, mortgage lending, hospitality, commercial leasing and real estate development industries. He has participated in multiple jury and bench trials, including significant first-chair experience, and has successfully handled appeals for his clients before a variety of appellate courts. He represents clients in employment-related lawsuits, including claims related to discrimination, retaliation, non-compete and theft of trade secrets. In addition, Mr. Koronka has extensive experience in arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
