Legal Experience
Kris Kwolek is a partner whose practice includes health care, intellectual property and litigation. He represents clients including corporations, hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers in these areas. His health care practice involves assisting providers in a wide variety of issues including, regulatory compliance, transactions and governmental and private reimbursement issues. In addition to this health care practice, Mr. Kwolek also prosecutes United States trademarks and patents and assists clients in the development of intellectual property management and control policies. Finally, Mr. Kwolek has experience managing all aspects of litigation including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, deposition of witnesses, investigation, case evaluation, and settlement negotiation.
