Legal Experience
Lorinda Holloway is a Partner in our Austin office. She represents clients in professional liability litigation, construction disputes, health care qui tam litigation, and other civil litigation. She is also experienced in administrative law, representing professionals before their licensing agencies. Ms. Holloway is experienced in managing cases as well as being responsible for all aspects of discovery, preparing and presenting fact and expert witnesses for deposition or administrative hearing, conducting witness depositions, client communications, motion practice and trial. Ms. Holloway has successfully represented clients in multiple jury trials.
