Mr. Crowe’s practice focuses on health care, administrative law, nursing homes, assisted living, home health, managed care, hospitals, hospital districts, Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, trade associations, health care programs, and health care consulting.

Specific Matters of Representation

  • Represents clients before local, state and federal legislative bodies and agencies.
  • Extensive administrative law practice focusing on state and federal administrative appeals and rules-making processes.
  • Emphasis on assisted living, nursing facilities, home health agencies, long-term care policy, health care regulation, public hospitals, local governments and indigent health care policy.
  • Represents private entities and local governments on issues relating to Medicaid, Medicare, the Children’s Health Insurance Program, and other state and federal health programs, including Medicaid Waiver Program funding.
  • Represents durable medical equipment and medical device companies.
