Legal Experience

Nikelle Meade represents clients in all aspects of real estate with a focus on land use and real estate development law (including zoning, permitting and representation before local boards, commissions, and city councils), local government law, and governmental affairs.  She also has a depth of experience in commercial transactions including purchases and sales, leases, and public finance.

Representative Project Experience

  • Representation of commercial real estate developer in a high-rise residential development in Austin's central business district.
  • Representation of national real estate development firm in City of Austin development agreement entitlement matters.
  • Representation of property owner association in negotiation of entitlements with national developer for $100 million development project in central Austin.
  • Representation of multi-family housing developer in creation of partnership with a public housing finance corporation to develop a 250-unit apartment development.
  • Representation of international developer to develop a 5000-acre mixed use development with public financing.
