Legal Experience
Mr. Harry’s practice focuses on the representation of various institutional and individual clients in commercial litigation, with emphasis upon Employment, Construction, Environmental issues and Intellectual Property/Restrictive Covenant Litigation. He represents clients before administrative agencies, arbitration proceedings and state and federal courts on both the trial and appellate level.
General Commercial Litigation
Represents clients in a variety of litigation matters involving business associations, construction disputes, real estate contracts, anti-trust litigation, products liability, and matters involving the RTC, FDIC and other financial regulatory institutions.
Environmental Litigation
Represents clients before state and federal administrative agencies and courts in matters involving underground storage tanks, asbestos pollution and removal, and ground water pollution and remediation.
Employment Law
Represents employers and institutions in litigation involving age, sex, and disability discrimination complaints, and litigation involving work conditions, wrongful termination and employment related torts.

Handled representations of parties to arbitration proceedings involving construction suits and securities fraud.
