Legal Experience
Mr. Sturm joined the firm in 1974, directly out of law school, and became a partner with the firm in 1979. During his career at Brown McCarroll, Mr. Sturm has specialized in general civil litigation involving commercial disputes, employment matters, patent and copyright infringement claims, bad faith contract claims, personal injury claims, and environmental litigation. Mr. Sturm has also practiced administrative law before a variety of state and federal agencies in the fields of environmental law and health care.
