Environmental: Representation of property owners, lending institutions and industrial clients on a broad range of issues relating to the impact of environmental law on real property including: analysis of environmental assessments, pre-acquisition due diligence, wetlands, natural resource damages, asbestos, environmental remediation, and negotiations with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the Environmental Protection Agency on CERCLA matters.
