Sam Chang is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Business Restructuring Practice Group. Prior to law school, Sam was a stock broker. He clerked for the Honorable Tom Parker of the Supreme Court of Alabama in 2006 after completing his law degree at Handong University. During law school at The University of Texas School of Law, he clerked for the Adjutant General’s Office of Texas Army National Guard and the appellate division of the Travis County Attorney’s Office.
